## What happens when you call

Tell us what you need to do on the parcel after clearing. If you want a fence installed, for example, say which side the installer needs to reach and whether the old fence should stay. We can then discuss what the clearing scope would need to cover.

Have the address or parcel identifier handy. If a builder has already drawn a footprint or marked trees to retain, mention the drawing and its revision. You can still call with an unresolved question. We’ll discuss which details can be described from the information you have and which may need a closer look before an estimate can be agreed.

## Who should we follow up with?

Give a callback number you are comfortable using for this inquiry. If someone else must approve access or a change to the work, tell us who makes that decision. A target date is helpful context. The contractor can discuss scheduling once the scope, access and relevant approvals are understood.
